How long will one pouch last?
Each full-size pouch = around 40-60 cups (20–25 teapots using 2–3g per brew).
If you drink 1-3 cups daily during its phase, one pouch will usually cover 3-5 cycles - longer if you sip less often.
The Cycle Ritual Set (small pouches) = a tasting journey: around 30-40 cups total, enough to explore all four blends across 1–2 full cycles.
